7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We will correct any defects in our work at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.

Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We may use project examples in our portfolio with client permission, ensuring sensitive information is not disclosed.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice
• Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to termination date
• We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
